I am from Surrey British Columbia! I am fighting to Train my own service dog! Guide and service dogs, don't have to be from the approved schools listed in the guide and service dog Act. How ever, as a non certified team, we have same right as the dogs from those schools! The guide dog certificate is optional, just like the public access test. I don't need to have a guide dog certificate , show my medical information, or dose Princes have to wear a service dog vest! We are allowed public access! No matter what any policy says, dose not give bus drivers, and business the right to abuse thier authority,
Interfere with a service dog, threaten, or be verbally abusive demanding certification! Not acceptable! I don't require a guide dog certicate to be allowed public access! My rights, are protected by
the law! I don't have to explain what my disabilty is, that's rude!
My service dog is not certified. However, she is being trained tasks for my disabilty!
As a person with Disability I am allowed to train my own service dog in British Columbia, please respect that! Stop denying service! Greater accessabilty now!
